On June 3, 2025, at 1:23 PM, the Social Work & Development Foundation (SWDF) mobilized an emergency relief counter at its main office (located at College Road, Gangpar Dhumkar, Hailakandi, Ward No. 13). Recognizing the severe logistical disruptions caused by the escalating regional flood waters, the foundation utilized its registered base (Regd No. 2024/IGR098) to directly hand out heavy ration packets containing survival essentials—including rice, pulses, oil, and groceries—to the most affected local citizens, ensuring immediate food security for elderly and high-risk community members who had been cut off from normal markets.
